Shipping terms and conditions

General Terms and Conditions (Valentine's Days Promotion):

• Customer could redeem one unit per each model
• Promotion offer and gift are subject to a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
• Promotion offer and gift are given along with goods delivery or appliance installation. 
• Promotion offer and gift are not transferable for sales, refundable or exchangeable for cash, and / or substitution of other promotion offer / gift. 
• FORTUNATO has no liability for the promotion offer and gift. Any claim, complaint, or dispute in relation to any such promotion offer and gift should be responsible by the product / service supplier. Customers shall hold FORTUNATO harmless in relation to the promotion and gift.
• FORTUNATO reserves the right to modify, cancel or supplement any details of the above promotion offer or terms and conditions and may cancel, terminate or withdraw the promotion offer at any time without prior notice. 
• FORTUNATO has final decision in all matters and disputes in relation to the promotion offer, gift and related activities. 

We currently offer free shipping over to the following countries by EMS (Standard Air shipping): Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia. 

All items are sent out as soon as possible, often the same day or the day following receipt of payment. All orders are sent out from Hong Kong by EMS, courier or appointed courier. We ship to all parts of the world every day and we use Airmail or courier for overseas deliveries. Shipping to the ASIA with the standard delivery option usually takes around 7 working days and customers in the rest of the world will usually receive their orders within 14 working days. The Express option is the recommended shipping option for overseas customers as this is usually a 2 or 3 day service and is fully tracked. We reserve the right to select the most suitable delivery method for your order so please contact us if you wish to use a specific delivery service.

Postage options are calculated automatically and are displayed at the checkout. We use different shipping zones to calculate the cost of shipping your order. The cost of shipping is also dependent on the value of the goods as all items are insured while in transit.

For local or Asia customers lower value orders can be sent using SF express or EMS. Please note that postage costs will vary and the exact cost of postage will be confirmed at the checkout before payment is made. Oversea customers lower value items can be sent using standard EMS to many destinations (this will be confirmed at the checkout). Higher value orders are sent using Registered Airmail or DHL. Other destinations will only be sent using the EMS or DHL or if you have your own courier please contact sales before you made the payment.

Please note that customers outside of the Asia may be liable for import taxes and customs duties. Please be aware of this before placing your order as these taxes and any associated administration fees are paid by the recipient of the goods. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee in the case of items being returned to us by the delivery company.
